Sarah made the whole selling process a breeze. Sarah had confidence which gave us confidence. Whenever we would be with her or on the phone with her she always gave us her undivided attention , even while she was on vacation! She is AMAZING !!!!!!

Sarah knows the market and priced my house accordingly. She was excited to list my house and confident it would sell quickly. Which it did. She was able to generate many showings and scheduled several Open Houses. She gave immediate feedback on all Open House attendees and was in contact with me often. Sarah was amazing,she went above and beyond during every step of the process. I would recommend Sarah to all of my family and friends. She is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and honest. I feel like I had better communication with Sarah and was kept more informed from her than I was from my own mortgage company. Sarah went out of her way to call me while on her vacation to finish up last minute things mortgage company put off and to make sure I was holding up okay. Plus, Sarah was able to schedule my inspection at a great price and she even provided me a cleaning service. Then, Sarah shows up at my closing with a gift basket filled with essential things I was able to use that very same day to start my life in my new home; and she was even so thoughtful to include treats and toys for my dog, and that alone makes her a great person in my book!
